What the Neighbors Saw – April 11, 2026

The early church didn’t start with an outreach strategy. They simply lived in a manner so different that their neighbors couldn’t look away. From the plague-ridden streets of Alexandria to the court of a pagan emperor, history continues to tell the same story: when a community becomes completely devoted to Jesus on the inside, they become irresistible on the outside. We invite you to worship with us this Saturday as Pastor Chad explores Acts 2:42–47 to discover what it means to be the kind of people who live in ways our neighbors can’t ignore!

Have you signed up for Community Service Day on April 26?

It’s the perfect opportunity to serve our community and live differently, as Pastor Chad describes in the book of Acts! Healthy churches serve together! Spencerville Church is blessed to have an active Community Services ministry. Our team has worked hard to bring us a variety of projects, including indoor and outdoor, seated and standing, and suitable for people of all ages (including children!). You may sign up for multiple projects if you’re so inclined. Just be sure the times don’t overlap! And if you’re unavailable on Sunday, April 26, you’ll find several Sabbath service projects for Sabbath, April 25!
