Before Our Firstfruits

When the topic of giving comes up, especially at church, we often hear terms like stewardship and firstfruits. Giving is a very personal topic—one that each person should study for themselves. However, the question is never “to give” or “not to give” as the Bible is very clear that giving financially, just like giving of our time, is necessary for the health of the Christian. The question is why do we give? Is it simply because we’re told to, or is there another reason? Join us on Saturday, March 7 as Pastor Chad Stuart shares a message titled, “Before our Firstfruits.” We’ll also be joined by the Middle School Band from Spencerville Adventist Academy, under the direction of Lisa Froelich.
