Pitching Tents – July 11, 2026

You may have heard it said that, as Christians, we’re called to live in a way that is “in the world” but not “of the world.” Pitching our tents in places in or near “the world” is part of the call, but can also be dangerous and challenging. And yet, the Bible is full of stories of people who faithfully lived amidst people groups who were unfaithful, as well as people who tried to do so but were lured away. What makes the difference? How can we keep our eyes and hearts fixed on the Way of Righteousness, instead of the path of darkness?
