Humility Grows in Circles, Not Rows

Humility Grows in Circles, Not Rows

In the second chapter of Philippians, Paul encourages the believers in Philippi to become united with each other by becoming united in Christ. He describes attributes that a person—and a community—will have when they put themselves aside and “value others more than themselves.” Is this encouragement toward humility any less appropriate today? Can you think of any examples where we can set ourselves aside for the good of others? Listen as Pastor Chad shares the first message from a four-part series titled “Humility Grows in Circles, Not Rows.”
