He Knew What it Would Cost – June 6, 2026

This Saturday, Spencerville Church will observe the Ordinance of Communion, sometimes called The Lord’s Supper. We do this in keeping with the example of Jesus, who asked His disciples to do so in remembrance of Him (Luke 22:19). When Jesus said those words, He was fully aware of what awaited Him. He knew death was the price He would pay. What was it about Jesus that caused Him to take the form of a human being to experience the want and suffering of a life on Earth, all to make a way for humanity?
