Scripture warns that before the close of history a false revival will sweep across Christianity—marked by “all power and signs and lying wonders” (2 Thess 2:9; Matt 24:24; Rev 13:13; 16:14). It will appear to be Spirit-filled, electrifying, and will attract multitudes—but it will value spectacle over Scripture, coercion over conscience, and self-exaltation over exaltation of the Lamb (Jesus).
