In scripture, faith is written as a verb biased toward action, whereas popular culture has sometimes tried to fashion it into a noun. Galatians 5 translates the word as faithfulness or “to faith” instead of simply as “faith.” As we study through the fruit of the Spirit, Pastor Chad lingers on the importance of understanding the concept of faithfulness in this week’s message, “Faithfulness,” the seventh part of this series, “Ripening.”

We’re grateful to the Lutheran Church of St. Andrew (LCSA) for generously serving as our temporary worship location while our building is unavailable. However, LCSA is unavailable for worship next Saturday, October 5, due to a previously scheduled event. So, we’ve decided to spend a few hours on Sabbath doing neighborhood outreach as a church. If you’re a local member, we invite you to come to Spencerville Adventist Academy at 10:00 a.m. for a short worship before we organize as teams to share the gift of prayer and a book within the neighborhoods around the Lutheran Church of St. Andrew.
