Join us for this musical service featuring traditional Advent carol tunes and Johann Sebastian Bach’s Cantata Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme (Wake, Awake, for Night is Flying), BWV 140. Advent is a season of hopefulness and anticipation that speaks to a universal human desire for a better world, an end to suffering and injustice. The choir of the Spencerville Seventh-day Adventist Church will be accompanied by organ, strings, and oboes. This event is a local favorite for church congregants and community members alike!
