Spencerville’s Lord’s Lunch ministry group served over 120 people this past weekend. A team of six people, including Florence Shanko, Veronica Carrera, Tim Lale, Melissa Reinhardt, Scott Williams, and Brad Martin prepared 120 sack lunches on Friday evening.

The following morning, Veronica Carerra, Tim Lale, Melissa Reinhardt, Brad Martin, Nancy Valenzuela and her 6-year-old daughter Briana, delivered the sack lunches to six locations in Montgomery County. The meals meet a significant need within the local migrant working population as they are out trying to support their families. As the meals are handed out, we also distribute inspirational tracts and other printed religious materials in both Spanish and English. These meals are a considerable blessing to the workers, and the opportunity to meet and talk with them—even for just a few minutes—is a blessing for our team!
