Sometimes the simplest reminder that someone is loved is a handwritten note. Our Written with Love card ministry invites us to look around, notice who may be missing from our church family on Sabbath morning, and reach out with a few words of encouragement to let them know they are remembered and cared for.
This month, we’re giving special attention to our college-bound students as they begin school, and we’d love to shower them with encouragement from their home church. Submit the name(s) of your college student(s) so we can send them a card, and join us in the church lobby on September 12 to help write notes of love and support. Written with Love meets in the lobby every second Sabbath; stop by, write a card, and let someone know they haven’t been forgotten.
