Spencerville Adventist Academy (SAA) is looking for team members who have a growth mindset, enjoy sharing Jesus, and have fun implementing best practices. We are seeking a highly motivated high school science teacher to join our secondary school program. A chemistry and biology background is ideal, with engineering and fabrication experience a plus. The ideal candidate will have a biblical worldview; intentionally incorporate project-based learning opportunities; employ a standards-based approach to lesson development; and consistently differentiate instruction to increase student achievement. Required Experience
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in secondary science education and current NAD certification. It is preferred that the candidate hold a master’s degree in education and 3 years of successful high school instruction experience. Must be an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Must be authorized to work in the USA.
