Car Care Basics, presented by Women’s Ministries

Women of all ages are invited to participate in a hands-on car care clinic taught by two experienced automobile technicians. Join us on Tuesday evening, June 25, from 6:00-8:00 as we learn how to evaluate and perform basic automotive skills that will ensure your car is functioning safely and efficiently. You’ll be instructed, using your own vehicle, on the simple maintenance techniques of checking tire pressure, air filter, and fluid levels. You will also have the experience of jumping a dead battery and changing a tire as well.

For this FREE event, each participant is asked to drive their own vehicle and park it in the designated area in the north parking lot of the Spencerville Church. This free class is a wonderful opportunity to learn skills that can protect you from dangerous situations that can be easily prevented or remedied with a little know-how.

Come with an empty trunk so that the spare tire can be easily accessed—and wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty!
