Spencerville Community Services, led by Luceta McRoy, officially launched the 2025 Backpack Drive with great success. The first phase was completed this past Sunday as volunteers filled 500 backpacks with school supplies for elementary, middle, and high school students in need.
Additional supplies are on the way, and a second phase is scheduled for Sunday, July 27, when backpacks will be distributed to families in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make phase 1 a success—we look forward to an even greater impact in phase 2!
