A memorial service will be held for Bert Beverly Beach at 2:00 p.m. on January 29, 2023. Dr. Beach passed away peacefully in his home in Silver Spring in mid-December 2022, following a lifetime of service to the Seventh-day Adventist movement.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Beach Lectureship at Séminaire Adventiste du Salève, in Bert’s honor. The instructions for donation are below.

Remembering Dr. Beach
Dr. Beach was heralded as a pioneer and statesman of the Advent movement. The Adventist Review published a story in December chronicling Dr. Beach’s life and achievements. He is survived by his wife, Eliane Beach; children, Danielle Beach and Michèle Beach; sister, Colette Witt; grandchildren, Philippe Beach Evers, Adriane Rapp, Emma Izzo and Alyssa Izzo; niece Alexandra Witt; nephews David Cotton and Walter Witt; and great-grandchildren Lawson and Oliver Rapp.
Information Regarding ‘In Memoriam’ Donations for Dr. Bert Beach
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, a donation be given to a project Bert held dear to his heart: a wish to further human rights and religious liberty through the Beach Lectureship established at the Collonges Adventist University in France.
