Welcome to our registration page for the Spencerville Polar Bear Pathfinder Club! Pathfinders is a Christ-centered youth group for children in grades 5-12 who enjoy age-appropriate learning experiences, working to achieve fun honors, camping trips, and many other activities!
On behalf of our Club Director, Michael Campbell, Deputy Director James DeBerry, and our amazing staff of volunteer teachers, we’re excited to have your child(ren) participate in the 2025-2026 Spencerville Polar Bears Pathfinder program.
The registration cost for the 2025-26 season is $100 per child.
Registration Details
For those with Church Center accounts, the process will allow you to register multiple children simultaneously. If you don’t yet have an account, you will need to create one to complete the registration process. Don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes!
If you already have a Church Center account, click the button below to register and complete all of the information. Payment processing is the final step before the registration process is complete. To simplify the process, all payments for registration need to be processed through our website via debit or credit card.
Additional Information
This is going to be an exciting year! To help you get started, here is some additional information:
AdventSource Pathfinder Uniform Store for Class A uniforms (This will be required for Campouts, H.I.S. Team service, Pathfinder Sabbath, Investiture, etc.).
- Shirts/Blouse – There are shirts for boys and girls, and adult sizes. Note – The adult woman’s sizes run a size small (e.g., a 12 should get a 14).
- Sash: Pathfinder Honor Sash – There are a variety of lengths/widths available in the dropdown menu. The number after the size is in inches. The sash should be worn across the shoulder and reach the tip of the child’s finger on the opposite hand.
- Scarf: Pathfinder Scarf – Child / Pathfinder Scarf – Adult
- Slide: Pathfinder Slide – Embroidered
- Pants/Skirt: Class A Uniforms – Class-A uniform requires black pants for boys / black pants or a skirt for girls (knee-length or below). These items may be purchased through AdventSource, or you may wear a pair of black pants or a skirt that your child already has.
Volunteers are Needed!
Help Needed: We are still seeking individuals to teach honors throughout the year, assist in outdoor activities (camping, hiking, etc.), and plan events, etc. Please let us know if you can help. There’s a discount for staff and volunteers!
