Matthew Piersanti is an ordained minister of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and has served the church for more than ten years. Before joining the staff at Spencerville Seventh-day Adventist Church, Matthew served in the role of Youth Pastor at the College Heights church on the campus of Burman University (formerly Canadian Union College).
After completing high school at Shenandoah Valley Academy in New Market, Virginia, Matthew continued his education at Southern Adventist University, graduating in 2010 with a degree in theology. After five years in ministry, Matthew returned to school, earning a Master of Divinity degree from the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University. Matthew is happily married to Amy and they have three boys; Evan, Aiden, and Lucas.
